This wine and food tour aims at the gourmet tradition of eastern Sicily, a land of excellence such as the Ragusano DOP (protected designation of origin), the Modica chocolate, the Monti Iblei DOP olive oil, the traditional Sicilian “granita” and much more. One of the most exciting aspects of a gastronomic tour of Sicily is the chance to experience the history of this island and of the peoples that have inhabited it tasting the typical Sicilian food.
